Studio Equilibrium di Maria Grazia Povia

I had a relaxing massage at this holistic studio, entering the room dedicated to wellness you are completely enveloped, every detail taken care of with excellence to ensure that you feel at ease and all your needs are satisfied. During the massage in addition to feeling relaxed I almost felt as if Maria was really taking care of me, it was a crazy sensory experience!!! I highly recommend you try it at least once and then you yourselves will fall in love with it 💕

With great empathy and sensitivity, Maria Grazia understands what's needed at that moment and tailors the massage to suit, caring not only for the body but also for overall well-being. Each session leaves a feeling of lightness, balance, and profound regeneration.

I went to Maria Grazia after seeing some of her content on the web, she immediately welcomed me with professionalism, asking me, after listening to my needs of the moment, if I wanted to do a more superficial or more in-depth job, I chose the second: I found myself on a journey inside myself, accompanied by the music, the welcoming place, her voice and her contact always attentive to contain and accompany. It would be important to be able to carve out moments like this more often, to contact ourselves, especially for those like me who find themselves in life having to sustain frenetic rhythms. The post-treatment sharing moment is also important, in addition to the daily advice that Maria Grazia is ready to generously give. Clean place and attention to detail. Highly recommended experience! Thank you!!!

A moment all for me. A moment all dedicated to finding myself. Maria Grazia very good and professional! I recommend Studio Equilibrium to all those who really need to find themselves and start a journey of love towards themselves.

Maria Grazia is an expert in everything she does! Her hands are magical! I often suffer from leg pain from spending a lot of time on my feet at work and from severe fluid retention. Her massages are a real cure-all. My legs feel lighter, I find it easier to stand for eight hours, and they're much less swollen. But that's not all! She has the answer to every need the body requires. I've had lower back pain for a long time, and with her massages, tailored and tailored to each individual's needs, I've also found relief for my lower back and neck pain, where all the tension and stress build up. And for everything, there's always a nice relaxing massage to pamper you. For me, her studio is a place to disconnect from the world for an hour, to abandon my body and mind ❤️ better than a therapist! Plus, she's incredibly sweet and always available. What more can I say? Book your treatment now! You won't regret it. Francesca

A truly relaxing experience A massage was simply wonderful. The welcoming, meticulously maintained environment made me feel at ease. Soft lighting, delicate scents, and soothing music created the perfect atmosphere to unwind from the daily grind. The massage was performed with great professionalism and attention, leaving me with a profound sense of well-being.

A magical place in which to take refuge, escape the routine of everyday life and abandon yourself to those hands that guide and help you find yourself. The deepest self, the one we hide from ourselves, re-emerges here among soft lights and sounds and while the hands work on your body they lighten the soul. The return to normality is abrupt. 💯

A fantastic experience, definitely worth repeating ☺️ I was given a voucher for a relaxing massage, which turned out to be the best gift ever, thanks to Maria Grazia and her professionalism. See you soon 👋🏻😘
